I am not able to open my email. It\\\’s been 3 days! I make my living online with property management. I\\\’m losing $ as we speak. My chat with comcast suggested that I had a problem with Internet Explorer. I have cleaned my cache SO many times to no avail.

You can also check in the pop-up blocker settings of pages to allow popups. Sometimes random pages you visit show up there, if you clicked to allow popups. Go to Tools>pop-up blocker>popup blocker settings.
